Jay has worked in the corporate and hospitality sector since 1997 and loves bringing people together around food and drink. Jay believes in keeping business simple and focusing on what the customer wants.

As a lifelong Liverpool FC fan, he either watches the men's game with a nice beer in hand or the Liverpool ladies' games with his daughter on most Sundays at Prenton Park. He is very passionate about work but loves to switch off and enjoy time with his family.
